TERMS AND CONDITIONS — Islamic Tracker Developed by S-Z.A.D | Effective Date: February 22, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Islamic Tracker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Acceptance is not mandatory — you may choose not to use the app if you disagree with any term.
2. Who Can Use This App
Islamic Tracker is open to users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 should use the app under parental guidance. By using the app, you confirm that your use complies with any applicable local laws regarding age and digital services.
3. User-Generated Content
The app allows you to create personal content such as checklists and text inputs. You are solely responsible for the content you enter. You must not input any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. S-Z.A.D does not monitor or take responsibility for user-entered content.
4. Account & Data
Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You can delete your account and reset your data at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, all associated cloud data will be permanently removed.
5. App Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app. The app requires an internet connection for cloud sync features.
6. Account Termination
S-Z.A.D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, particularly if we believe a user is misusing the app or violating these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Islamic Tracker is provided for personal religious assistance purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of prayer times, Islamic dates, or any other religious information provided by the app. S-Z.A.D shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or harm arising from reliance on information provided by the app. Always verify important religious information from a qualified Islamic authority.
8. Intellectual Property
All app design, code, and original content belong to S-Z.A.D. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Effective Date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
